Candidate will find, educate and consult with producers and end users of agricultural products and: * Analyze and recommend risk management strategies and assist with the development of marketing plans for producers. * Assist the grain division on the origination and merchandising of commodities. * Provide hedging opportunities for producers through a partnership with a qualified brokerage firm. * Develop a client base through on farm visits, meetings, presentations and referrals. * Explain agricultural markets, local basis, commodity trading and the concepts behind marketing. * Make presentations to a variety of producers and agriculture-related groups. * Candidate must be willing to make cold calls in country, office phone calls and assist with customer walk in business. * Help farmers get the most out of their grain, have customers best interest in mind, build relationships with farmers that will last long-term
